Certain stomatological procedures can be painful for our patients. Sensitivity to pain varies on an individual basis.

Our team has a variety of methods available to them to lessen the impact of pain and make the treatment a far more pleasurable experience.

Local anaesthetic enables dentists to not only conduct an entire range of stomato-surgical treatments, but also the drastically reduces the unpleasant and painful aspects of procedures such as the treatment of deep cavities, cavities of the neck of the teeth, and the root canal therapy.

Stomatology uses several types of local anaesthetics. The most common, however, is the infiltrating (terminal) anaesthetic, canal anaesthetic, and intraligamentalanaesthetic. Each anaesthetic has its own requirements; however, the dentist will choose the most suitable anaesthetic for each particular case.
